WHAT WE

MANUFACTURE

What We

Manufacture

Every job is backed by 45+ years of precision manufacturing experience and

ISO 9001:2015 certified quality processes.

CNC Machining

Our Milltronics Vertical Machining Centers handle complex parts with precision. With travels of X-60″ × Y-30″ × Z-24″ and X-30″ × Y-18″ × Z-20″ (with pallet changer), plus five Bridgeport verticals with 42″ tables and digital readout, we machine everything from prototype to production volumes. Aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, and exotic alloys.

CNC Turning & Lathe Work

Precision turned parts on our Kohema 21″ × 48″ geared head lathe with 26¾” gap bed, Harrison 15″ Tool Room lathe, and two D6 Escomauc Gemen Swiss Machines for high-precision small-diameter turning. Swiss machining delivers superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy on complex turned components.

Wire EDM

Two CHMER G64s Wire EDM machines enable us to cut intricate profiles in hardened materials with exceptional precision. Wire EDM is ideal for punch and die work, complex internal geometries, thin walls, and features that conventional machining cannot produce. No cutting forces means zero distortion on delicate workpieces.

Jig Grinding

Our Moore #3 Jig Grinder with .0001″ digital readout delivers the ultimate in positional accuracy and surface finish. Jig grinding is the final word in precision — used for die plates, locating bores, precision fixtures, and any application demanding the tightest possible tolerances on hardened workpieces.

Robotic Welding

Automated robotic welding delivers consistent, repeatable welds for production runs where manual welding variation is unacceptable. Ideal for complex weldments, automotive components, brackets, and assemblies requiring precise bead placement and repeatable penetration. MIG, TIG, and resistance welding capabilities complement our robotic systems.

Progressive Dies & Tooling

Die design and build is at the heart of what MPTC does. From concept through first article, our in-house engineering team designs dies using Inventor and AutoCAD, programs with Esprit 3D, and builds to the tightest standards. Progressive dies, transfer dies, blanking dies, forming dies — we do it all in-house.

Metal Stamping

Nine punch presses from 22 to 300 tons give us outstanding capacity for metal stampings of all sizes. The Bliss 300-ton press with a 54″ × 96″ bed handles very large stampings. Nitrogen cushion presses (60T and 100T) deliver draw quality. From automotive to industrial components, MPTC produces quality stampings at competitive pricing.

Engraving

Precision engraving services for part identification, serial numbers, logos, and decorative applications. CNC-controlled engraving ensures consistent depth, width, and character quality across production runs. Suitable for a wide range of metals including aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, and more.

Assemblies

Complete sub-assembly and full assembly services — from welded assemblies to mechanical assemblies incorporating stamped, machined, and purchased components. MPTC can manage your entire supply chain for a finished assembly, reducing your vendor count and ensuring consistent quality through our ISO 9001:2015 system.

Prototypes & Design

Bring us your concept or drawing and we’ll take it through design, engineering, and first article. Our CAD/CAM team works in Inventor, AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, and Esprit Full 3D solid programming to create and validate designs before first cut. Romer Arm reverse engineering lets us work from existing parts with no drawings.
