VMC travels up to X-60" × Y-30" × Z-24" allow us to machine large, complex workpieces in a single setup — reducing fixturing cost and improving accuracy.

300-Ton Press Power

Our Bliss 300-ton press with its 54" × 96" bed handles large stampings that most shops cannot. Nitrogen cushion presses add draw quality for deep-drawn parts.

.0001" Precision

The Moore #3 Jig Grinder with .0001" digital readout and CHMER Wire EDM machines together deliver die components and precision parts to the most demanding tolerances.
